Erickson Marine is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our marine parts department in Sarasota. This is a key leadership role supporting our service team and retail customers. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in marine parts and inventory systems.
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department
- Order, receive, and manage marine parts inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and margins
- Support service technicians with timely parts availability
- Assist retail customers with parts inquiries and sales
- Manage vendor relationships, warranties, and returns
- Process invoices and maintain organized storage areas
- Monitor profitability and control parts costs
- 2+ years experience in parts management (marine industry preferred)
- Strong inventory control and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Yamaha, Mercury, & Garmin or other marine brands a plus
- Comfortable using dealership software and POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
