Downtown Knoxville Boat Show Our annual TWRA boaters safety class will be held Saturday February 28th at 9am at the boat show. This class is free and needed for anyone born after 1989 to operate a boat in the state of TN. No need to pre register just bring the Type 600 permit off of TWRA’s website. The class is located right beside the ticket booth for the boat show in the Knoxville Convention Center. Spread the word for anyone who needs this class !!!
