This factory-new 2025 A&M Elite is a distinctive 20-foot custom ski boat combining the timeless appearance of a classic mahogany boat with modern composite construction and 320 HP Ilmor V8 performance.

Built by A&M Manufacturing in Alachua, Florida, the Elite features a proprietary woodgrain fiberglass gelcoat designed to deliver the rich appearance and character of a vintage mahogany ski boat without traditional wood hull construction. The result is a striking classic-inspired design built with modern composite materials.

Power comes from a 2025 Ilmor MV8 5.7L OPS V8 producing 320 horsepower. The analog hour meter displayed approximately 15 hours at the time of the Pop media visit, with the manufacturer reporting the boat's use has been limited to testing and commissioning.

The custom cockpit is every bit as distinctive as the exterior. A woodgrain-style Pilot steering wheel complements the classic design, while a full complement of analog instrumentation includes the tachometer, speedometer, fuel, temperature and oil gauges. Modern conveniences include a digital depth gauge, GUZARE Bluetooth stereo control, four-speaker audio system, remote-controlled spot/flood light, interior lighting and integrated drink holders. A port-side glove box incorporates two additional fold-out drink holders.

Deck equipment includes pop-up cleats, a ski/tow hook, Sea-Dog horn, bow spotlight, swim platform and classic flagpole detail. Dual fore-and-aft bilge pumps provide additional protection, including a SEAFLO automatic 750 GPH pump. The helm also includes a safety lanyard/engine cutoff and conveniently located battery switch.

The capacity plate is rated for six persons, making the Elite a compelling combination of classic ski boat character and practical recreational capability.

This boat was custom-built for a buyer whose financing ultimately did not complete. It remains factory-new and unregistered and is being offered directly by the manufacturer.

A new 2025 Magic Tilt aluminum tandem-axle trailer is included.
