Built on a Bonner Yachts hull, this custom built 50' houseboat is well equipped with two John Deere diesel motors!

This custom built houseboat with a pilot house is well equipped and can be easily lived in comfortably. It is sitting on the water and ready to go!

Features include a 1000 gallon fuel tank built into the hull for the two John Deere diesel motors with closed loop fresh water cooling, a 300 gallon fresh water tank, three 36,000 BTU ACs and a 22kW Isuzu generator. There is also an 8000 BTU AC on top of the pilot house. This boat has been inspected by the AL state water patrol.

The cabin is stick built with fiberglass siding and the hull is molded fiberglass. The motors mounts are mounted to the stringers and positioned to be 6" off the floor of the boat.

Inside you'll find a kitchen with walnut cabinets, full size appliances including a refrigerator, stove and microwave along with a stacked washer and dryer. There are granite countertops throughout including the full bath with shower along with the half bath.
