Custom Trawler refurbished, with many upgrades, and very comfortable!

Fully Refurbished 1969 Wittholz Sedan (Naval architect from VA) 36' trawler, This 1969 36-foot Wittholz is a great all around trawler. It's powered by a 120hp Ford Lehman Diesel single screw engine, it has been 99% refurbished by its current owner and only the 2nd helm station option is remaining. Great live on board, updated fuel and water tanks, holds 400 gallons of fuel, 400 gallons of water, new updated all appliances. New Batteries, Generator has only a few hours on it. New head, stove/oven/ gas, refrigerator, roof top deck, and cabinetry. Deep Freezer on board. This vessel boasts an efficient full-displacement hull, spacious layout, and exceptional fuel economy. Top deck added a few years ago for extra party and living space. Bimini top canopy on deck ( not shown).

The forward stateroom V Berth can sleep 3 comfortably, in the galley, she has granite counter tops, a new 4 burner stove with oven, new refrigerator, new sink, with plenty of upgraded cabinet space and shelving.

The head has a spacious stand-up shower, toilet ( new), sink, and medicine cabinet with mirror.

The Aft cabin has a dinette where you can seat four adults, a sofa sleeper, and a TV.

Top deck gives you plenty of room to entertain your guest or just relax and enjoy. It also has bimini top and a second helm station that needs to be powered.

This 36 footer is equipped with a 5.0KW Westerbeke generator that can provide power for all your needs.

The aft deck storage locker has propane tank upgraded to current regulations and lots of storage space for all your boating gear.

Feel free to travel anywhere when you like to go-- 400 gallons of fuel capacity to take you there.



Also holds 400 gallons of water ( all 4 fuel and 4 water tanks were upgraded) 100 each tank.
