The 2009 Fountain 38 LX is a high-performance offshore sport cruiser that blends luxury accommodations with the aggressive speed and handling Fountain is known for.

Built on Reggie Fountain's twin-step deep-V performance hull, the 38 LX is designed to run fast and comfortably in rough offshore conditions while still offering overnight capability and upscale amenities. The boat delivers excellent stability, smooth ride quality, and confident handling in open water.

It is powered by triple Mercury Verado outboards producing 900 horsepower, allowing top speeds in the 60- to 70-mph range and cruising speeds around 40-50 mph, making it one of the faster boats in its class.
